By creating an account, accessing a workspace, subscribing to a plan or using NewsAi, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service overview
NewsAi provides an automated alternate dashboard for news portals. Depending on your plan and setup, you may add raw news, use connected sources, create queue items, generate AI articles, create photocards, produce video news and publish to connected websites and Facebook from one workspace.
For daily newsroom work, NewsAi may reduce the need to switch between multiple dashboards. Some website-level settings, theme changes, server tasks, billing tasks or third-party platform actions may still require access to your original website or platform dashboard.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, protecting login credentials and managing team user access. Actions taken by users in your workspace may be treated as actions authorized by you.
3. Your content responsibility
You are responsible for raw news, source material, images, media, prompts, generated content and published content used through NewsAi. You must ensure that your content complies with applicable laws, editorial standards, copyright rules and third-party platform policies.
4. AI output review
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable wording. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving AI-generated articles, photocards, video news, captions and comments before publication or automated release.
5. Publishing integrations
When you connect Blogger, WordPress, Facebook or another supported platform, you authorize NewsAi to perform enabled actions for your workspace. Third-party platforms may change APIs, limits, review rules or policies, which may affect publishing features.
6. Automation and intervals
NewsAi supports automatic and manual workflows. Automation may depend on workspace settings, plan limits, connected platform availability, source availability, AI provider availability, queue state and configured intervals.
7. Media workflow and website storage pressure
NewsAi includes a media workflow for images, photocards and video news assets. This workflow is designed to help news portals publish media-rich content while reducing pressure on their own website hosting storage. Availability and behavior may depend on plan limits, service health and fair use.
8. Plans, usage limits and billing
Plans may include limits for sources, users, AI outputs, posts, publishes, videos per month, add-ons and other features. Usage that exceeds plan limits may be blocked, delayed, billed separately or require an upgrade.
9. No guarantee of results
NewsAi does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, social reach, engagement, revenue, approval by third-party platforms or editorial outcomes. You are responsible for your publishing strategy and compliance.
10. Prohibited use
You may not use NewsAi for illegal content, spam, unauthorized scraping, copyright infringement, impersonation, malware, deceptive activity, harassment, hate, targeted abuse, credential misuse or platform policy violations.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, unpaid invoices, security risk, policy violations, excessive usage or activity that may harm NewsAi, connected platforms or other users.
