This policy explains how subscription cancellation, plan changes, add-ons and refund requests are handled for NewsAi.
1. Subscription cancellation
You may request cancellation of your subscription through the available billing or support process. Cancellation stops future renewal where applicable but does not automatically refund past payments.
2. Refund review
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approval may depend on payment date, plan type, usage level, technical issue history, service availability and any written agreement connected to your account.
3. Consumed usage
AI outputs, video news generation, publishing attempts, media workflow usage, add-ons and other consumed resources may be non-refundable once used, generated, delivered or made available to your workspace.
4. Add-ons and video usage
Video news and add-on features may include usage limits. Consumed or activated add-on usage may not be refundable unless required by law or approved by NewsAi support.
5. Service issues
If a verified service issue prevents normal use of paid features, we may offer a credit, extension, manual adjustment or refund at our discretion.
6. Plan changes
Upgrades, downgrades and plan changes may affect limits, features and billing. Any prorated adjustment depends on the billing setup and written terms applicable to your account.
