Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of eligible account, workspace, team user, content, integration and publishing data associated with your NewsAi account.
1. How to request deletion
Email your request to: [email protected]
Please include your registered email address, workspace name, the data you want deleted and any connected platform you want disconnected.
2. What may be deleted
Eligible data may include workspace content, raw news, queue items, generated drafts, AI outputs, media workflow records, publishing records, team user data and integration connection data.
3. Data that may be retained
Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, backup integrity or audit purposes.
4. Connected platforms
Deleting data from NewsAi may not automatically delete content already published to Blogger, WordPress, Facebook or other connected platforms. You may need to remove published content directly from those platforms if required.
5. Processing time
We will review deletion requests and process eligible data within a reasonable time, subject to identity verification, technical limits and applicable obligations.
